New addition to existing family unit in historic downtown Charleston. Project was developed in accordance with local BAR restrictions and guidelines to ensure the design was developed in timely manner. New addition was designed to renovate existing spatial layout of upper floor and to maximize livability of new mother-in-law suite below.
