Following litigation due to destructive water intrusion, the client decided to consolidate the architecture of their units into a uniform style alongside much needed repairs. A varied swath of bright colors and enclosing their screen porches into sunrooms allowed for increased property value and longevity of the neighborhood.

1984 FOLLY ROAD

While conducting site verifications, it was brought to attention that the existing stairs were heavily dilapidated to the point of probable catastrophic failure in the event of an emergency. The residents were promptly evacuated and the nature of the project quickly changed into rapid development of temporary stairs and heavy coordination with the City of Charleston and the General Contractor to return residents to their homes. Once egress and life safety protocols were met, heavy forensics were used to mitigate the existing damage while resumed and finished.

ONE BELLE HALL

1600 BELLE HALL ISLE

Following litigation due to water intrusion and termite damages, forensics were used to investigate and mitigate the damages while the client chose from an array of provided concepts to rejuvenate the existing stucco facades. The bright colors, alternating between porches, corners, and fronts, became a highlight of the newly constructed commercial neighborhood. The project was phased in such a way to coordinate financing with immediate repairs and overall design.
